Submit Your Application

An application needs to be submitted for each adult (those 18 and older).

Step 1:

  • Review the Rental Application Process document and Electronic Signature Agreement document.
  • Check each box that you have read and agreed to each document.
  • Fill out “The Application” and click “Submit Application”
  • Upload a picture of a valid state-issued Drivers License or State issued ID

Note:

  • Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application
  • The application fee is required for each application submitted.  For details please read the Rental Application Process document.

 

Step 2:

  • An email will be sent to you from Choice Properties within 24-48 hours regarding approval and the next steps.
  • Upon approval, move-in details will be reviewed and scheduled with the onsite manager.
  • You will be notified as soon as the application process is complete.

Step 3:

  • Lease paperwork

As outlined, if applicable an application fee will be charged at the time of application submission for all applicants over the age of 18.

It is important that you read each one before you apply and check the box to indicate that you have read and agreed to each document.

The application fee submitted is non-refundable, if the application for occupancy is denied. If the applicant(s) are accepted as a resident/tenant, the applicant(s) herby agree to enter into a lease agreement. In the event the applicant(s) cancels or withdraws the application, the application fee is automatically forfeited to Choice Properties.
